NanoTransen Civil Command Structure

CEO: The CEO of NanoTrasen is an unknown descendant of Xavier Transen, only the handful of people directly under him in the command structure knows who he is, let alone where.

Corporate Directors: The corporate directors are each responsible for a section of NanoTransen’s business, whether that is the production of consumer electronics, the constant renegotiation of trade deals, or the extraction of the super fuel, plasma, they each carry enormous financial, and political weight.
Sector Directors: The Directors of NanoTrasen are the lieutenants of the corporat
e directors, each helping to control a section of the Corporate Directors management duties, weather that is the direction of cargo ships or the assignment of employees.

Chairmen/captains: Assigned to particular facilities, these personnel serve as NanoTransen’s facility managers and overseers, making sure that their subordinates stay within the bounds of space law and serve NanoTransen to the best of their abilities. While area managers do just this, captains often also serve as an ultimate authority aboard their stations or ships due to their segregation from the local area director. Due to the importance of crew cohesion and compliance with NanoTransen Directives aboard NanoTransen space vessels, including stations, individual vessels are also subject to naval administration and observation.

Staff managers/heads of staff: These serve as the direct overseers of NanoTransen’s employees, managing workloads, assignment and quota delegation. They also serve in an advanced capacity aboard space vessels should the captain become unable to perform his/her duties (See SoP/ Space law) where a replacement captain in unable to be supplied.
