Ok so we all know about the heads "issue" or whatever at the moment. That is why I'm creating this thread so all whitelisted heads can list their characs and how they run their department, so people can see this IC and show that they are a good head,instead of changing every 5 minutes like some do. People may ask for some construction criticism and they can indicate this by saying so at the bottom of your post.
I shall start Marika Koroibete: Position: CMO,HoP. Likes to run a department where everyone respects each other, being disrespectful may lead to bad consequences like demotion
Elise Koroibete: Position: CMO. Runs a calm quiet medbay where it is intense while preparing but will calm and slow down when they have everything ready
Shaun Koroibete: Position: HoP. Runs a fast smooth moving department where everyone has an opinion but he is the boss and he gives the final word in a dispute.
I open to any suggestions for Shaun, he is a player I don't have much RP experience with as he is developing.

Varan Truesight: Position: Captain,HoP. Lets everyone work as they wish to, provided it is efficient and safe. Polite, courteous, basically an old gentleman.
Delindivar Starbreeze: Position: CMO. Very skilled, especially in severe trauma cases, but prefers to allow Doctors to do the work they are paid for, ensures that records are kept ((Medicines administered, what does, who did what, etc)), polite, slightly aloof.

Janet Fisher Position: CMO Grants medical sub-departments a degree of autonomy so long as they hold themselves accountable for actions and prove competent. Likes to prepare medicines and such in advance. Skilled in most areas, except virology.
Cristof Marmeladov Position: HoS Makes sure that all officers are on patrol, and that the warden is sitting in the brig, monitoring. Has a rather loose interpretation of space law. Low tolerance for incompetence.
April Reed Position: HoP Grants nearly full autonomy to all departments, stopping in occasionally to ensure things are getting done, rather than employees sitting around playing poker. Performs duties quickly to make more time for leisure.

Declan Haran Rank: Director/Acting Captain Assists his department if needed. Begins the first stages of research, Known to bring in outsiders to assist with experiments.
Audrey Sturm Rank: Chief Engineer Sets up the Singularity, Forgets about the Singularity, Coordinates her team to repair the damage then pawns it off as faulty wiring.
Grey Moser Rank: Acting Captain on Skeleton Shifts Gets drunk in the bar because skeleton shifts are godawful boring. Usually screws around in science because there's never anybody there.
Whitney Fortier Rank:CMO Fills in for any positions not filled in her department, but will give full autonomy once personnel arrives.

Tanya Pone Rank: Acting captain/HoP Does the bare minimal to make people do their jobs. Enforces paperwork to make people stop asking her to do her job. Shoots people when they do dumb shit. Also does contracts.
Jade Pone Rank: Acting captain/HoP Tries to make everyone do their job, and is respecting. Has a temper like Tanya but without murderous tendacies.

Nikolai Petirosky: Head of Security His actions speak louder then his words, mostly because he doesn't know any big words. Is fairly up and up about about possible threats to the station, and see's dealing with them as his personal lifegoal. Also has a short temper when it comes to females younger then him disrespecting him (A Fatherly Complex), but otherwise is usually coolheaded.

Eliza Pond Position: CMO / Rarely HoP Works for the safety of the crew. Whether they like it or not. Grants near autonomy during non crisis periods except for the expectation for basic prepping and filling requests. Expects staff and patients to follow orders during crisis an carry the right gear on call-outs. Generally keeps to the mid section tending cryo the sleepers and the scanner while porting and acting as mortician if all departments are staffed and they are doing their job. Has a tendency to try and fire staff that are a danger to patients in either harming them or not doing their jobs when needed. Believes in teaching anyone who asks and offering it to a few who are trying to excel on their own. In dead quiet times if the departments are prepped leisure time with the occasional checking in is encouraged e.g. non-binge drinking and conversation at the bar.

Steven Macnaughton Position: Chief Engineer/Captain Highly Qualified, Ex-Military engineer specialising in engines. Due to 27 years of experience in military management styles, Steven can appear very aggressive and almost like a bully, when really he is just using military style banter.
He will delegate tasks to each Engineer. Making sure he is present to oversee during more dangerous or important tasks. He will not order someone to do something that he himself would not be willing to do.
Samuel Macnaughton Position: Head of Security Young, uptight, and a bit of an asshole. He is a stickler for SoP and will constantly do as much as possible to ensure his staff are following standard procedure at all times. Will delegate tasks to his officers/detective and co-ordinate with the warden and other heads of staff to keep the safe.
These are my two main characters for head roles are the two main ones you will see me playing on a day to day basis, I do have others though.

Name:Tiffany Kim Position:Head of Personnel The place were words are put in to talk about stuff and things:Polite, well mannered and kind. Frowns and tries to stop crew from using negative means, such as swearing, fighting and the like. Concerns her self more on crew well being and that the station is running upon protocol standards and abides by the law. (that's the medical and sec training she has)Ensures that paperwork is completed upon relevant areas that she can be effective of.
