Just to bring this to point, Raieed is now offically on the run. He is being chased down and charged with around a hundred pre-meditated murders over the last seven years, and several other charges. This would obviously be common knowledge, claiming he was a insane sociopathic serial killer. Whether your character believes it is up to you~
Another point, your characters, depending on how close you were to Raieed, may have been interrogated or whatever (obviously its up to you, once again~).
