Perhaps we need more admins?

Let me get this out here. Not once were any of the senior administrators (Me, Skull or Sphere) told about this huge gap in our time-zone coverage. When I talked with Skull on this issue, who is on around the times that Chris is on, he didn't mention anything being bad. Not a single word was every spoken to me about our time-zone coverage being a problem. I was NOT informed of this. I was NOT aware of this. I had no reason to believe there was a problem because it was never taken to any of the higher ups. The first time I was even remotely aware of this was Chris's post that came right after mine. Before my post the only arguments or information given was nothing more than a +1 with no information given or just the idea that we need more admins "because". Now Chris's post and the ones after that was new information to both me and Sphere. I cannot be on 24/7 and since Sphere lives right down the street from me we both can only cover the same time zones. If problems like this are not brought to any of our attention then we do not know about it. Anything that you have a problem with should be brought up, even small things. PM messages are great! When I'm in class I most likely at some point can check the fourms, but if nobody is saying anything then I can only act on instinct and what I THINK needs doing. 

Sam and Duck, you say promote my mods. We have two mods. Rusty and Covert (Not anymore). Covert was going to be promoted very soon and Rusty has been trusted with admin powers but they were taken away. Everyone also says admins stay around for 2 or so rounds and then are gone, well yeah. Our rounds last a few hours, we have real life things to take care of, I will put my real life situations before this game anytime. Another point, this is a game. Yes I know that it sucks if some random idiot comes in and starts fucking things up and no admin is there, I get that. But this is a game. If something like that is troubling you then just leave and come back. 

I know I'm talking a lot about myself here and I'm not trying to say I am the be all end all of this. But from talking with Sphere both me and him agree with this. 

Now, Since covert is leaving and since there is apparently a very big problem with our time zone coverage I am opening up mod applications. Since we need these time-zones covered I got no problem getting em covered. Will be opening them up some time today.
