Medical, definitely. Because we're the ones who have to tape you back together/remove shrapnel from you/reattach limbs/clone your mangled bodies whenever things get too out of hand. And we're usually the first department targeted by any traitors/nuke ops/aliums/changelings.

Research is capable of providing power, blowing up stuff, cloning people, giving people super powers, teleporting in and around the station/space, finding artifacts that do crazy things, making chemicals that do all sorts, developing awesome prototypes, creating mechs, creating robots and removing brains, and splitting slimes for stuff, creating gases, like anaesthetic, providing tools...
Research is the best, arguably the most pointless though.

QQ means bitching/crying, usually in OOC. It's called QQ because Q_Q resembles a person crying.
For example: "A bald engineer just threw me in to the Singuloth because there was no security! QQ"

Nope! The original came from World of Warcraft. When in a dungon game, if you were to do something like Shift and double tap Q It would quite the match and game, so started as an insult to bad players :3
