Weird thing with internal bleeding. Covert cut his arm off with a circular saw(not sure if he hacked at it or not) which before he cut it fully off caused internal bleeding in that arm. Then he lost the arm, when I put him in scanner no sign of internal bleeding yet he was losing a lot lf blood and the analyser said he had it...when I went to stop the bleeding in his non existent arm I couldn't, causing his to die because of internal bleeding in a place which didn't exist. I understand why this wasn't found before...not many people cut their own arm off

Just to confirm, there was still internal bleeding detected after limb replacement surgery had been done past the cautery step?

aye. After I cut back his arm for the arm replacement(when I attempted to fix internal) I cauterized and it was still internally bleeding. Hence the reason he died
