Being the only dedicated player to Tajaran, I'd have to say I might be a tad qualified to. As well, I have idea's for things like...
CULTURE
RELIGION
SLANG
SEXY TIMES
ANIMALS
OTHER SHIT
However, I'd rather not overstep my bounds. I'm not saying i'd rewrite tajaran, I'd just add some things somewhere for a good reference. Mostly, concepts and principals of the average tajaran, and culture and shit.

Tajaran already have a backstory, it's on the Bay wiki.
Not for any particular reason, but out of respect for the maker, and the guy who wrote the lore, perhaps you should ask him if it's okay if you change his entire species?

I ain't Doing piss like that? I'm just adding some nonsense to this servers lore. More working off of it and filling in the many many blanks the lore leaves, such as basic religion, culture, animals, crimes, such and such. All it really has is 'shit be bad cuz masters m8' and then 'masters go bye' and then 'tajaran treated poorly m8.' I know bay or some server made up some lore for it, but It seems to have been made by someone who didn't even like tajaran, as it's sorta just 'shit be bad' |

It's the sheer fact that the entire fucking species has no actual information on its culture. That, and to be honest, the entire lack of anything on them, unless they've added something of ANY note to it recently, is kind of...well...shit. Is it really that wrong that I want to toss some bits in because there is so much left out I can't even decide how a Tajara would react to half the things on board? Cause the answer it gives is "submissively" every time. |

Side note, this server takes massive leaps and bounds about the lore of this and that anyway, and these are already things that someone else made. the entire point of it is that I'd rather not be playing a race whose entire lore was based around them being kicked about with no actual...WELL THIS IS HOW THEY REACTED, AND WHAT THEY DID. No culture, art, religion, love, fucking past times.

You can't tell people how to react to situations. Or, to explain it better, you can't tell how someone will react. Being submissive is a certain guideline to abide by. But the response, with that in mind, is always the player's to decide.
But yes, Tajaran lore isn't a lot.

I'm not saying we change what's there, I'm saying let's toss a few things in. Like, what tajaran would consider offensive, and such things. I do think the current lore is decent, it's just lacking in any fine details about them. Thus I thought I'd toss what I've sort of been working on in my head onto the forums. It's just what I thought filled in the blanks nicely enough, without naysaying the current lore and canon of them. |
