The documents contained in this section are not directly alterable. They are preset formats which need to be either "Made a copy of" or "Downloaded as" through the Google Docs interface. It is recommended that you use the former option, and store these on Google Docs, as that way I can ensure that the database is always up to date with edits.
Standard Formatting:
There exist three predefined tab-stops on the document: TAB-LEFT; TAB-CENTER; TAB-RIGHT. There also exist three methods of alignment: LEFT ALIGNMENT; JUSTIFY; RIGHT ALIGNMENT. Usage as follows [EXAMPLES BASED ON INDEX #175-08-91C]:
NOTE: Should data entered into a field automatically file onto the next line, it will be impossible to utilize the TAB key to place the continuation of the data into the proper column.
AS SUCH, should any data automatically continue onto the next line, erase the space, and cycle the line manually using ENTER. At this point, the TAB key will assume normal functionality, and column uniformity can be maintained.
EXAMPLE: "MEDICAL HISTORY: 19MAY2428 BORN|GOLDEN DAWN HSPTL." GOLDEN DAWN HSPTL. would not have fit onto the same line as BORN, as such, the ENTER key was pressed at the VERTICAL LINE [|] mark, followed up by TAB to place the text into the correct column.

It is recommended that you use the former option, and store these on Google Docs, as that way I can ensure that the database is always up to date with edits.
Standard Formatting:
- The font used will be TIMES NEW ROMAN at size 11
- All measurements must comply with the International System of Units, and must not exceed two decimal accuracy.
- All dates must be formatted utilizing the military date format of DDMMMYYYY; where day [DD] is indicated with two numerals; month [MMM] is shortened to the first three letters of the month's English name, all capitalized; year [YYYY] is written out in full with numerals. EXAMPLE AS FOLLOWS: 09DEC2455
- All names must be formatted with SURNAME, MIDDLE-NAMES, FORENAMES at all times.
- LEFT ALIGNMENT - used for field name entry. EXAMPLE: "NAME: BELLARD, EREC"; "NAME:" denotes the name of the field, and is thus in standard left alignment.
- JUSTIFY - used for fluid [BLANKET] text entry. No usage on main form; see attachments. Most usual usage would be for hand/machinewritten notes regarding a specific incident, description. EXAMPLE: ATTACHMENT #01 of INDEX #175-08-91C contains machinewritten logs of the subject's critical medical incident.
- RIGHT ALIGNMENT - no usage to be found.
- TAB-LEFT - used for first column data entry in a field. EXAMPLE: "NAME: BELLARD, EREC"; "BELLARD, EREC" is data entered into the field, as it is the only piece of data present, TAB-LEFT is utilized.
- TAB-CENTER - no usage to be found.
- TAB-RIGHT - used for second column data entry in a field. EXAMPLE: "MEDICAL HISTORY: 19MAY2428 BORN"; "MEDICAL HISTORY" denotes the name of the field; "19MAY2428" is data entered into the first column; "BORN" is data entered into the second column, as such, TAB-RIGHT is used.
