Uh I mean, I was there and I feel it went properly. We were both outside medbay when he shot at us, and even when the other pirate held the CMO captive, we somewhat backed off until the CMO died. Unless of course...you cocked that flashbang BEFORE the cmo died...

No need for apology. Sure, you rambo'd and got hostages killed, but that was a call you made. You also backed off when yelled at by a guy using a hostage until she died of her wounds, which was smart.
If you want to build on this, maybe some guilt from realizing that you prioritized capturing crooks above the lives and safety of your crewmates.
And as a side-note, RP of Hazel and Thrushwood the whole way through was great, so props to you guys.

I'm always up for feedback on these, I'm not under the impression they're perfect. I know it must have sucked a bit for a few of the medics who basically got rushed in on, then ended up dying in the crossfire as human shields very shortly afterwards.
