So. I was thinking that we could take one of the custom-team supporting competitive multiplayer games, preferably free-to-play, and form a clan/guild/group/whatever doesn't offend you, for the community. Problem is, I have no idea what people have, like, or are interested in trying. Please do the poll, and post any suggestions for other games that we could set up on! It's preferable or crucial that they are - Free
- Multiplayer
- Competitive
- Capable of being run on a non-god-tier computer
- Capable of supporting factions/groups/clans/guilds
- Customizable to some degree
- Of decently good quality
sorry if your favorite game isn't here / you hate what I put, I just have what games I'm familiar with and find suitable.

My computator isn't strong enough to run any form of war themed hat simulator... ;_; What about Free Allegiance? It's a super fun RTS/FPS/Spacesim game. I got into it a year ago, but it's been a while since I've played. The servers are pretty dang empty, but we have enough guys on the forum to play some really fun matches.

Planetside 2 with the right outfit can be nearly made into a small military sim with being able to use TS effectively with it. I'm part of a realism outfit/clan at the moment

Well you got your usual MMO RPGs. You got your shooters. And some blends. I tend to avoid most military shooters (PS2 being one I enjoy) as they devolve pretty fast into weak link gets screwed. As for MMO RPGs there are a TON of those floating around...just pick a genre and they have it. Free ones I enjoy: Star Wars Old Republic Anarchy Online Neverwinter Online Dungeons and Dragons Online Age of Wushu
There are more. But these are more recently played for me.

Me, Sphere, and Farcry played some Mount and Blade last night. That was fun and something all of us could do.

I voted War Thunder as I play this alot with my Dad and Brother, but I like the idea of Planetside 2. Only issue with me is because I am still on XP 32, Planetside crashes every one/two/three hours.
