So, I figure this is the best forum of mine to suggest this on.
Anyone interested in running a serial multiplayer Kerbal Space Program game?
Idea being that we have a communal file that we host on the thread. Someone takes the file, posts 'I have the file!' then completes one mission, for example, launch a probe, send one part of a orbit-assembly ship up, send a Kethane miner to the Mun, etc, then posts their new save.If someone posts that they have the file, you can still pick it up, but cannot submit your new save unless 6 hours have passed since they claimed it.
Result is a pretty fun sense of working together to make some really cool ships and missions.
And if you don't have KSP, you can always acquire it one way or another. It's a relaxing, smart little space sim that makes you feel super-intelligent whilst being pretty simple, 'cus you can casually come out with sentences like like 'Thrust retrograde at the periapsis to create an elliptical transfer orbit' and then make a smug face.
