I had written a large paragraph detailing how human minds are barely capable or registering the differences in another humans face of a different race, but IOS 7 is awful. So pretend I had said all that.
Have you ever looked at two cats? If they are the same species, their fur makes up most of their unique traits, and you can guess why. COLOUR. That's how almost all fantasy races are defined, is animal/colour/name (also how furries work, for some reason, might explain my encounters with some fellow claiming he was a bright green husky man). As such, minor features are lost. Thus, all khajit look the same, as do Skrell, unathi, etc.
Now, my point has little...point, except it's a good psychological reason for alien based racism, as they seem like a giant horde of similar looking monster men. Also, it leads to interesting roleplay ideas of purposely mixing up humans, going 'your not the Liam tool, you look just like him....'

Uh huh. Guess I'd better start being more racist to squidmen.

My initial reaction to this post was, "Is Nik high? I think he's high."
I didn't want to offend you by asking, though. Thanks for confirming my suspicions. xD
