Finga gags and bans for his friends that play on the server.

I was playing a game of TTT early in the morning like I always do on the Aurora TTT server, and I had a very unfortunate experience with an enforcer that is unknowing of the rules. My first complaints is that of an individual named Patb threw a discombobulator towards a ledge where there are some innocents standing, obviously with results of injuring said innocents. I killed patb immediately AFTER the discombob went off (just to make sure that the discombob wasn't actually a smoke) and was then slayed and gagged when I told Finga, and I quote, "You are not a good mod." As the reason for my gag, he said it fell under 'Saying rude stuff'. But before this happened there was another player on the server named Saefy(?) who was banned for RDMing ONCE when Finga counted THREE times. The first time was almost justified as Saefy said he thought he saw the player Dualfang kill an innocent. This was true, he killed me with a trip wire, but obviously not enough proof. The second time was RDM by Saefy, and I learned this as per my inquiry. I told him he was going to be slayed for this, and behold he was! I thought this would have been the end of the escapade but no. On the third RDM, Dualfang shot towards Saefy in a very bait-like manner, and thus Saefy shot back at him. This is when he received a FIVE DAY ban. I am not disputing his ban for him, that's his job if he so wishes it to be, but I will say that Finga definitely does not have the right idea of when to ban and when to slay players on the server. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint, for further questions you can reach me a Admiralbeanbag@gmail.com.
