So we should disallow people rping petty crimes because it puts too much stress on sec or prevents them from doing chairRP?
I might be oversimplifying it, but that's what I'm gathering from that. It's not like it's a constant issue atm (only a few of these people engage in decent chucklefucking, the rest of them get warned/banned), and every department will be put under stress one round or another.
