Get rid of the new emergency lights/slow them down

They are murdering my eyes. Like, super fucking bad. And I've heard I'm not the only one.
If they didnt change so fast, it might not be so glaring, but currently they give me headaches if i'm trying to RP while they are going off. I have to tab away and stare at something less glaring.
They look less like emergency lights, anyway, and more like rave lights. LIKE THIS.
And somehow, that gif is less eye smashing to me then the emergency lights.
