Fun Facts About...Well, Ourselves!

Another fact 'bout me : my real firstname is Mirko. I got my gamertag, 'mirkoloio', when I registered in 'Habbo'. That was 2009 and I kinda stuck with it. Still can't figure a good tag to change to. :/

Alright, here it goes.

I'm 19 years old, 1m 93cm (metric masterrace), my weight is ~70kg, also I cannot gain weight no matter how much I eat (no, seriously I ate McDonalds for breakfast lunch and dinner, for over a month on vacation and all I gained was half a kilo)

I participated in Basic Military Training thing but left one week in, due to most of the people there being total morons, or bat-shit crazy. Other than that, I love guns and military stuff.

I'm going to start studying electrical engineering this year. Oh also, in high-school I wasn't the best student, I also skipped shittons of classes, they even tried to drop me out of there (lel didn't work).

One of the reasons I wanted to study medicine or something related to it, was because I don't get grossed out AT ALL by gore. But, due to my multiple fuck-ups in school, didnt't have high enough grades.

I know three languages in total. Lithuanian (native), English (second) and Russian (third, but really rusty on speaking it).

I don't go to the gym, but I am going to start going to karate classes again, my favourite colours are these two (why describe when you can show hueh) BLUE and GREEN.

I'm 26 years old, six and a half feet tall, and my weight hovers around three hundred pounds. I've got a bit of a gut, but don't really worry about it much considering I'm in decent shape and make up for in force what I lack in speed. I currently work as a 'counselor' at a school for teenage boys who have been convicted of crimes ranging from repeated truancy to assault and grand theft. My job technically means I'm on hand to provide advice and care to facilitate rehabilitation, but in practice, I'm mostly there to keep them from escaping and to beat the devil out of them if they start shit.

I have, at various points in my life, worked as a security guard and bouncer. I hate violence and generally hate the violent parts of my work, but it pays too well for me to change careers until I've gotten a degree in something - I've got a mortgage to pay off. The reimbursement program where I currently work is hella robust.

I am bisexual, but largely prefer gentlemen. Most of my friends and all of my family don't know this, (or if they do, haven't heard it from me) and I generally rp as women to explore and play with a feminine side I'm not comfortable allowing into my day-to-day life.

I have been role-playing since age twelve, when I picked up a set of AD&D guidebooks from a yard sale. My mother - who is fluent in elvish via the simarillon - taught my friends and I how to play. We never really stopped. We've spread out to other games - like the World of Darkness series, Exalted, and Dark Heresy to name a couple- but various versions of D&D/Pathfinder remain staples. For about a year in high school, we had a solid LARP group for Vampire: the Masquerade. It was exactly as nerdy as you'd imagine, but great fun.

In my spare time, I supplement my income by collecting scrap metal. It doesn't pay much, but it's very cathartic to rip apart washing machines and air conditioners with a crobar and hammer.

I smoke slightly less than a pack a day.

I am was very nearly an Eagle scout, having aged out of the program due to a family crisis that prevented me from finishing the last two requirements for advancement.

My true passion is cooking. Whenever I can, I am making something new for myself and my tenants - if I say I'm going afk for food, expect me to be gone for hours. I know my local butchers by name and worked summers in the meat market as a teenager.

I live near Philadelphia, and have my whole life. I love this area, despite being relatively well-traveled within the continental US.

I think Star Wars is idiotic. I've gleefully started flame wars over this. I'm sure this has nothing to do with my name being Luke. Or the fact that, through middle and elementary school, my family name was pronounced 'Skyler' for some god-awful reason despite being spelled nothing like Skyler. Freakin' Dutch or something.
