Let's do another one of these, I think some people could use some reason to work their writing chops. Myself, mostly.
How this works is that I shall give a final sentence to a story, and you must, using one of your own characters, or more, give a short story explaining how your character ended up in the situation.
The sentence, is:
"Glancing around the concrete room, before having __ eyes set on the bars that inhibited ____ freedom, ____ sighs and lays down on the rotten cot, waiting for ____"
Obviously, fill in those blanks with whatever suits your fancy.
I'll be doing my own later today. I suggest commenting
on others and giving then feedback, and for the love of Nar'sie, keep it at least relatively serious.
