Yeah... what it says in the title, text bubbles while you type. It comes really helpful, even more so for RP so you know if someone is planning to talk to you or not. When I played on Eternia Online, there is a small red dot next to the character to indicate you are typing RP. I mean hell... even the goon stations have a text bubble to see if someone is typing.
Just wanted to put this forward, because it would be really useful on an RP server.

Well, the problem is, that the presence of a speech bubble won't help RP, Lk. If somebody is going to attack you, a speech bubble won't matter. It's virtually useless in the presence of good RPers.
As Skull likes to say, "People keep requesting mechanical fixes for incompetency."

Unnecessary, hard to code aswell. Like Meowy said.
It's just a waste of time on my opinion, maybe it could be something unique but yes it's unnecessary.

Wouldn't be unique, DaleK, I've seen it on other servers before.

I don't know if anyone else does, but usually I prepare things to say in my text bar. Like if I can predict what you're gonna say next (which isn't that hard) I start typing a response already.
I don't think its that much of a bad idea. But I don't feel it is necessary either.

It is useful. For dat weird moment when you walk from a conversation and don't know if the other person is writing. We shall let democracy decide :3

What I don't get is how they would work.
Okay, you're a person who uses the "Say" command from the IC tab, and thus, the bubble stays up for as long as your chat input windows stays up. Fair enough.
Now, I don't do that. I use the command line. Furthermore, I abuse the command line. Nine times out of ten, I pretype the "Say" command, so all I need do, is type up what I want to say, and press enter. I also pretype entire lines, cut them, and keep them on my clipboard for future use with ctrl-V. And I can bet you, that I'm not the only one who is prone to such practices.
Coding it to react orderly to THAT... Umm, no?
Easiest way to do it would be to do it half-assedly, and cater to those who actually use the chat input screen. At which point, idiots like me would receive no benefit.
Also, it's in TG Code. I can probably dispatch Meowy to look for it, and see how it functions. Will look into.

Another function that could work would be having a toggle on it, set off by a stroke of a key. It might backfire, but i see the use of such a thing, as at least we'd not have stupidity occur.
