Not an iconner here, but an artist, and it would be nice to see more examples of your work, since you've been active for two to three years. Frankly, this isn't a lot.

Edit: The naruto icons sold me a little more. The lack of shading and oversaturated colors are kinda offputting on some of those, but some of your other work is quite pretty. If you feel capable of replicating the SS13 artstyle, I wouldn't have an issue endorsing your application.
