Reason for complaint:
Critting me via admin powers, citing bullets lodged in my brain after getting shot with -RUBBER- bullets. I am seriously pissed off. I was put into a state where i couldn't move nor call for help. It was basically the biggest fuck you i could have ever gotten after something had happened, it was COMPLETELY unwarranted for the situation. I logged shortly after this happened because i got pissed off.
EDIT: I was replied to by Casperf1, still no reason to crit me even with bullets from a rocket launcher to the face.

I had got shot after following Janosch, who was a traitor because OOCly i was trying to see what he was carrying. He then shot me 3-4 times with rubber bullets, i tried to run and was shot while doing so but that's a unrelated incident.

I'll admit I didn't intend on putting you into critical at all. That was a mistake on my behalf, and I apologize. I did rejuvenate you upon your ahelp; despite you not sending it for a good while after I actually dealt the damage to you.
I was watching the whole situation and even PM'ed you with regards to fear RP. You were following a man with a rocket launcher, who pointed it at you. Upon him doing so you said ".." and ran away. Your response two minutes later when queried by an engineer was "I was shot in the head".
The mechanics of the game don't allow for a great deal of realistic situations. But I know that if someone was pointing a rocket launcher at me and shot three rubber bullets at my face, at point blank, my skull would probably fracture, I'd be bruised heavily, my face would potentially be gone and I'd maybe even be bleeding.
After the fact of me seeing no literal pain or fear RP from you, I decided to give your character damage to the head as a consequence of getting shot in the face with no IC reaction after a good while had passed from the time of getting shot.
Although, after receiving the damage, there was a time period of around half an hour before you sent an ahelp, I have to ask: how come you stayed in critical for so long before sending one? I can assure you that if you sent something much earlier, the situation would've been resolved upon contact.

It is about a person whose skull was fractured after being shot by rubber bullets. If you've ever looked at pictures from rubber bullet injuries, they cause a lot of damage, and while they don't create as much ballistic trauma as regular bullets do (by tearing through tissues), they have still been known to fracture or break bones. This man was shot with one rubber bullet to the head, and ended up in critical condition. You were shot with four. The point of this post isn't to dismiss your complaint, or offer a rebuttal. But I want to point out the fact that the situation that happened wasn't unrealistic, or out of the ordinary. And it certainly wasn't far-fetched, ICly, that you would get some damage out of being shot with rubber bullets in the head, point blank, four times. I am also intrigued by your quote of " no reason to crit me even with bullets from a rocket launcher to the face." Facts-checking aside, I think that it should be Casper's job to explain why he made the decision to enforce that damage OOCly. And this is where this post ends.

I admit it would have happened IRL-But this is a game. I UNDERSTAND it would have caused damage. I want to know WHY Casper saw it fit to crit me. I had NO TIME to do a / me, let alone speak. I still don't understand how a rocket launcher fires bullets anyway.ALSO! The damage didn't show up UNTILL later, for some odd reason. My health indicator glitched to brownish red and then went back to 100.

Sorry, did you read my previous post? It'll answer all of your prior questions. Though it may be a game, it's also a Heavy Role Play server. You should really try your best to act as such when you're faced with a gun or shot in the head multiple times.The result of your health jumping back up to green was due to me rejuvenating you, as stated in my prior post.

Whenever I get hurt in game, I ignore the quick healing. When going into medbay, I looc tell them to ignore how the game works and my character is hurt in 'this, this and this' way. The game is designed to not have realistic healing because if you could imagine playing on a different server like goon or whatever, there would be so many half dieing people around the station unable to stand because they've just been hit in the face with a tool box. You ever been hit in the face with a tool box? It hurts...

Also, does sound a bit ganky, but I imagine it was just a poor moment of not knowing what the hell is going on.

The syndicate camo kit can be used to change the appearance of the detective's revolver into a rocket launcher, I believe Mirk has done it before.

I'm going to have to side with Casper here, players not adhering to the concepts of Fear RP and Pain RP is one of my biggest pet peeves, although I do think that Casper criting Kerbal was a little bit extreme.
But I don't think Casper should be penalized for trying to improve the RP by giving Kerbal an injury he can't just ignore.
I think Casper should apologize for the Criting, and then we should all move on with our internet, spessmen filled lives.
