The Chief Medical Officer's uniform ( jumpsuit ) is so boring. The head of personnel has a suit as does the research director. I was thinking that maybe the chief medical officer could have some biege or black slacks along with a white turtleneck. Along with the labcoat, I think that would look alright.
A chief medical officer dress uniform would also be nice.
Open to ideas and criticism.

In my opinion, the reason the CMO's jumpsuit is that was is to provide uniformity in the medical staff. It's also white and made of the same material as to ensure contamination is spotted and can be cleaned before further activities.
It'd be nice to see a formal uniform in the closet though. Not that it would ever be worn, because Medbay first!
