Like breath masks. It'd be nice for medical to be able to lower their face masks.

I don't see this being much of a task to implement. Would simply be converting the breath mask toggle code over. Though I would suggest, if the sterile mask is lowered, the affects it has ((presuming it has any affects)) are disabled until it is placed back over the mouth. Just how when a breathe mask is down, your internals don't function.

When in surgery, if the surgeon isn't wearing the mask then the person being operated on can get infected. It also provides protection against diseases, I believe.

Not sure about the infection, but I do know that it gives disease protection. I'll be looking into doing it today/tomorrow.
