a few of my characters have racist tendencies, as would be the only thing tolerated in a huge mega-corp (i'd imagine). Like Flora despises IPCs and borgs, Tye has a natural distrust of Tajarans (damn cats!), Sasha hates organics...and Edwin is the cliche crazy racist old man

I have a human character who, sadly, is the exact opposite of all this. She's human, and she endured rather... disturbing trauma in the 'hippie colony' her parents raised her in. So now she instinctively mistrusts all humans - particularly, male humans. But other species she's a little more trusting of - mainly because talking to a completely foreign species isn't a massive trigger to painful memories of her past.
This is an issue of mine, and I fully admit it, but because I grew up in a mixed-culture area, racism isn't something I really understand. I do understand playing/being a victim though... maybe I should make a character y'all can abuse.

Michael Tool is racist towards Unathi and always has been, he just doesn't get much chance to show it off. And Liam Pepir hates synthetics of any kind. So there is racism, it just tends to be internal, hidden
