Nanotrasen has noted that the NSS Aurora has been turning away its appointed representatives from the clown planet, and have decided to make up for the lost time by sending a few extra their way. The station starts off with a few choice jobs replaced with suitably clownified versions, titles up to the admin running the event's imagination and sense of humour.
As a clown member of staff, you are required to carry out your regular station duties to the best of your honking, deranged minded abilities. Needless to say the death toll will be astronomical. When a clown or innocent bystander falls in the line of duty, testing the Super Safe Cargo Fun Tubetm or attempting to feed the pretty fishies outside the window, NT is quick to seize the opportunity to send another bumbling replacement in on the shuttle. The round would inevitably descend into a (hopefully good natured) chaos as the clown numbers rise and the station erupts in honking. The round ends once Central Command's backlog of (random guess 100) clowns have been safely disposed of and they can once again walk the halls without fear of banana peels. (or you know, the station explodes, either or)
