So today on Space Dynamics i had this idea, might be hard to implement, might be worthles, but whatever, i will just write down my thoughts.
So there would be radiation dosimeters ready to equip at engineering/EVA. They would calculate total dosage, dosage types etc. and science would have a big ass analyzer which consumes a lot of power, and only it could analyze the dosimeters, this would create a nice collab between scientists and engineers, EVA volunteers.
But now, radiation (as i know) only appears near the singularity, and very few places artificially. We have a radiation event, but that succeeds at making everyone run to the maintenance tunnels and do shit. There should be random leaks on pipes or other kinds of stuff which would emit radiation INSIDE the station( also giving work to atmos techs!!!),which needs supervising and regular checkup, just as the SM engine.
So this is it, what do you guys think?
