Ok so ive grown to be annoyed at a lot of people who don't follow ANY logical sense of how medbay runs, so here is a quick SoP(Will be edited with suggestions) 1. Life before Death. Someones dying vs someone needing to be cloned....Cloning can wait a very long time someone dying cannot. 2. The CMO is supreme. Should a CMO not be present the medbay crew should designate a "leader" as such who will take responsibility for medbay and its actions(does not mean Acting CMO) 3. Certain chemicals should only be made with permission from the CMO(applying to chemistry). Dangerous chemicals like Chloral Hydrate and Mindbreaker should only ever be made with CMO approval or someone above the CMO(Should the Captain have experience) 4. Geneticists, do not inject other people with DNA Modifiers(this part is shared with the RD). Even if they volunteer they are to sign the correct forms in order to allow the testing and should only be done under CMO or RD supervision. Testing on protohumans is fine, that's what they are there for. 5. Medbay should comply with a set of forms. Example having a Chemical Request form be drawn up by the chemists. Cyborgification forms should also be made just incase. Genetic modification forms etc etc, this should be maintained by the CMO or elected Leader
Note: These are subject to change as this is a WiP

Where is the procedure of knocking people out with Chloral and locking them in a Morgue Drawer? I thought that was Rule 1.
