Copyright infringement. I'd rather not.

Copyright infringement? Seriously, Chaz? Nobody's going to make any profit off of this, and how would they even go about suing you for something like this? Come on.

Copyright infringement. I'd rather not. That would make sense if we weren't playing a game that is built out of sci fi references. We have a fucking gateway, I haven't seen any issues with this. Or the kajillion things that are blatantly stolen from other things.

Be careful guys. The corporate overlords are watching everything we do on a tiny little server in a game no one's ever heard of.

You can't get sued for something that doesn't make money. Plus, no judge would accept server logs as evidence against someone.

Copyright infringement. I'd rather not. Laser was worried about this same stuff. Just.. think of the absolute improbability of this sort of thing. So, say someone is browsing Space Station 13 servers. It's already plenty improbable that this person would find BYOND, choose to play Space Station 13 out of everything else, and join our server out of the rest. Then we'll say that they happen to be an employee of Disney corporation. This is already crazy-talk. Then, we'll also say that they actually care about the company enough to not only do their job, or report actual threats to the company, but also report small trademark infringements. So, this very-unlikely-to-even-exist person sees a character named "Luke Skywalker". Heresy! They must be brought to justice! So, they go to some sort of representative of Disney co., presenting a clear infringement on their trademark. Most likely thing to happen next? They don't give a shit, no one is going to see this for it to have any sort of impact on the public image in any way. Now, since we're on a roll here, say that they for some reason really do think that these thirteen characters on some shitty free sprite-based game on the BYOND engine could damage their profits. Alright, no need to go nuts, just contact Mr. Chaznoodles with a scary-looking cease and desist order. At this point, we just ensure that no Luke Skywalker is on the server again. Now, wow, this is reaching points of impossibility, but let's say that the particular representative is trying to just look useful or something, and decides to go on a full legal rampage, suing a Mr. Chaznoodles for damages to their brand. They won't be able to prove any sort of damage what-so-ever, but let's also pretend that the area that this case is taking place in has recently had a chemical spill into the water supply, rendering everyone involved in the case retarded. Congratulations, introducing trademarked content into Space Station 13 has finally had some sort of impact.
